The Oregon Hempfest® will enforce and respect the guidelines in Measure 91 and we only support the LEGAL aspects of Marijuana in the State of Oregon.  Please help us have a great festival and ensure that we can do this event every year by staying legal at our event. All tickets sold online are “WILL CALL” meaning they are held at the front gate. Show your ID at the gate and we will give you your tickets.

Of course! A night event ticket includes a Camping Pass but you are not required to Camp.

No, although Recreational Marijuana is legal, the State does not allow cannabis sales outside of designated dispensaries.

The gates open at 10am and the day Event goes until 8pm.

We do not accept checks at this time, you can either purchase via online, credit card over the phone, or buy at the gate.

We are not charging for parking!

There is short term and long term parking on-site. All parking is free. Follow directions given by the parking personnel about where to put your vehicle.

 ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS/PETS ALLOWED


Dogs are not allowed in either the parking lot or in the venue itself because of the risks and impacts involved with having your dog at the show. Please be responsible and arrange safe care for your lovely puppy or call one of these local kennels:

ARRIVAL & ENTRY


The gates to the festival open on Sat at 10 am, unless you are VIP holder with Friday access. If you got a presale ticket you will turn it in at the gate for admission. If you purchased online your tickets will be at will call at the main gate. Re-entry will be allowed. Tickets will be available at the Gate as long as it does not sell out.


If you are a volunteer, you are welcome to the property earlier. Arrangements will be set up individually, depending on the task you have been delegated. We will NOT be accepting volunteers the day of the event.


NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR FOOD


No outside alcoholic beverages or food are allowed at the festival. *Camping Pass Holders will be allowed to have food for their Camp. This must be stored in your vehicle during the Day Event.


NO WEAPONS OR FIREWORKS


These items are not allowed on the property. You will be removed from the festival if these are found in your possession. NO FIREWORKS


MEDICAL & SAFETY


We will have an onsite Medical Tent.  It will be clearly marked, please notice it as you come into the festival. Report any medical emergencies immediately to event staff. Please look out for your neighbors and friends, it is important to us that everyone feels safe.

Drink lots of water!

Wear sunscreen

Bring a head lamp or flash light, pack extra batteries

NO FIRES


Campfires & candles are NOT ALLOWED. If needed we will be watering the roads to keep dust down and to reduce fire risk. Safe camping stoves are okay. There will also be lots of amazing food available on-site for purchase.


CAMPING


There are designated campgrounds on-site for anyone that is staying for the weekend. Tents and hammocks are encouraged.  There is limited space available for RV’s, buses or campers and there are no electric or sewer hook-ups. Camp sites are rustic and are not numbered. They are on a first-come, first-serve basis so please respect your fellow campers. If you have a night and day pass you will be able to set up before 8pm depending on the site.


POND


There is a large pond located near the campgrounds. No swimming is allowed at any time. Any harmful behaviors will get you removed from the festival.


DEPARTURE


Everyone will be required to leave the property by Monday, at 10am. Pack up everything you bring, KEEP THE FARM GREEN!
